Aluminum caster maintenance 4 --- Hydraulic system

　　1) Before work, check oil tank temperature is within the prescribed scope, the oil temperature should be not exceed 60℃

　　2) Pumping station and all stop valves should be in working position.

　　3) Check if the system has abnormal phenomenon, pressure is adjusted (high voltage should be between 0-20MPa, low voltage should be stable in 6.5MPa), whether temperature is normal.

　　4) Hydraulic oil pump operate smoothly, motor temperature is moderate, no abnormal noise.

　　5) All pressure gauge pointers move smoothly, flexible and accurate.

　　6) Oil supply pipe line has no leakage phenomenon.

　　7) Pump station cooling, water pressure and valve working condition should be correct. Whether pressure is in line with the requirements, water filter has no blocking phenomenon.
