　　1. Product Description

　　When producing strips in cold rolling mills , optimizing shape and flatness is crucial to creating the best possible surface quality. Automatic Flatness Control (AFC) Integrated solutions for plate and foil rolling enable higher speeds, tighter specification quality, improved flatness and higher throughput. The flatness gauge provides supervisory control of multiple actuator groups to maintain measured strip transverse flatness at target settings.

　　2. Composition: Measuring roller system, signal transmission device, electrical control cabinet and fine segmented cooling system and other parts.

　　Automatic flatness control is based on mathematical operations that reduce the conflict between what is needed and what is possible based on the actual operating parameters of the rolling mill itself. The difference between the measured strip flatness and the target curve is the "flatness error". By using a range of controls within the mill, the roll gap can be adjusted to minimize flatness errors.
