　　1. Product Description

　　The Mill Spray System is a metal rolling mill coolant injection system that minimizes the formation of tight edges in the rolled strip and controls overall mill temperature. Specially designed nozzles and advanced thermal modeling ensure that the spray pattern and coolant flow are adjusted to process needs, resulting in optimal thermal energy for every application regardless of the rolling task and pass schedule.

　　The cooling level is controlled via pulse width modulation, allowing the same valve to provide 10 cooling levels. This is particularly important today when universal rolling mills or rolling mills are required to produce many types of products.

　　Achieving completely uniform coverage by using the most consistent spray pattern, minimizing unnecessary power and overuse of water, are all important factors in evenly reducing and maintaining roll temperature. At the same time, it reduces the use of oil and daily cleaning, reducing costs.

　　1. Composition: The spray system includes spray beams (work rolls, support rolls), complete headers, air hoses , cables and control cabinets.

　　Mainly choose SIEMENS components, which can be purchased separately on the market and have strong versatility; the relays use photoelectric coupling modules, which have faster response speeds; all use aviation plug connections, which are convenient and fast; a variety of remote control interfaces are available.

　　1. Configuration:

　　l Cooling Width: We offer all typical zone widths such as 25mm, 26mm, 50mm, 52mm or customized as per customer requirements. (Also available in narrow or hot edge configurations)

　　l Jet Orientation: Specific nozzle alignment is optimized based on user needs to achieve the best flatness results and avoid banding patterns on the strip.

　　l Coolant variations: Because the cooling rods may be of multi-chamber design, the system can operate at different pressures or cooling temperatures. Common applications: cooling, hot edge, cold spray.

　　Descaling: From nozzles and headers to access to impact testing equipment and software, optimize the descaling process;

　　Roll Cooling: Dovetail VeeJet nozzles ensure proper, efficient cooling and eliminate streaking issues, roll cracking/breaking and other quality issues;
