Roller shell for cast rolling mill
A casting roll is composed of roll core and roller shell. During the rolling process, roller shell is the crystallizer for aluminum liquid and also the processing tool. It’s subjected to the thermal shock of aluminum liquid on the surface and the cold shock of the circulating water in the roller core, and it bear the great rolling force.
